Payment and Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

1.1 Payment Methods: RWJW Entertainment accepts payments for its entertainment hire and decor hire services through various methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and other payment gateways as available on the Website.

1.2 Payment Schedule: For all bookings, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the entertainment hire. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated to you during the booking process.

1.3 Balance Payment: The remaining balance for the entertainment hire is due before the event or as specified in the booking confirmation.

1.4 Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking. Please ensure that all payments are made on or before the due dates specified.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation by the Customer:
a) Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: If you wish to cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled event, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the deduction of any non-refundable deposit and administration fees.
b) Cancellation 30 days or less before the event: If you cancel your booking 30 days or less before the scheduled event, the deposit and any other payments made may not be refundable.

2.2 Cancellation by RWJW Entertainment:
a) In the unlikely event that RWJW Entertainment needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement act or provide a full refund, including any deposit paid. If a replacement act is agreed to and provided a partial refund may be issued if there is a difference in the performance fee of the replacement act compared with the original act.
b) RWJW Entertainment shall not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by you due to the cancellation of the entertainment hire beyond the refund of the payments made.

2.3 Change of Event Date:
a) If you need to change the date of your event after booking, RWJW Entertainment will make every effort to accommodate the change, subject to availability.
b) If the new date is available, any payments made will be transferred to the new date. If the new date is not available, the cancellation policy will apply as per section 2.1.

2.4 Performance Issues:
a) In the rare event that the entertainment act encounters unforeseen circumstances that prevent them from performing as agreed, RWJW Entertainment will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement act.
b) If a suitable replacement is not available, RWJW Entertainment will refund any payments made for the entertainment hire.

2.5 Refund Processing:
a) Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and will be subject to any processing fees or charges from third-party payment processors.
b) Please allow a reasonable processing time for refunds to be completed.

3. Complaints

If you have any complaints or issues regarding the entertainment hire service, please contact us immediately at rhys@rwjw.co.uk. We will promptly investigate and address your concerns to the best of our ability.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Payment and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
