At RWJW Entertainment, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your entertainment booking. We strive to provide a fair and flexible policy to accommodate such situations while also ensuring the smooth operation of our entertainment hire services. Please read this policy carefully to understand the procedures and terms for cancellations and rescheduling.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by the Customer:
a) Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: If you wish to cancel your entertainment booking more than 30 days before the scheduled event, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the deduction of any non-refundable deposit and administration fees. The specific refund amount will be communicated to you during the cancellation process.
b) Cancellation 30 days or less before the event: If you cancel your entertainment booking 30 days or less before the scheduled event, the deposit and any other payments made may not be refundable.

1.2 Cancellation by RWJW Entertainment:
a) In the unlikely event that RWJW Entertainment needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement act or provide a full refund, including any deposit paid.
b) RWJW Entertainment shall not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by you due to the cancellation of the entertainment hire beyond the refund of the payments made.

2. Rescheduling Policy

2.1 Rescheduling by the Customer:
a) Rescheduling more than 30 days before the event: If you wish to reschedule your entertainment booking more than 30 days before the scheduled event, we will make every effort to accommodate the change, subject to availability. No rescheduling fees will apply in this case.
b) Rescheduling 30 days or less before the event: If you wish to reschedule your entertainment booking 30 days or less before the scheduled event, rescheduling may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of 100% of the total booking cost. The rescheduling fee will be communicated to you during the rescheduling process.

2.2 Rescheduling by RWJW Entertainment:
a) In the rare event that RWJW Entertainment needs to reschedule your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement act or mutually agree on a new event date.
b) If a suitable replacement or new date is not available, RWJW Entertainment will provide a full refund, including any deposit paid.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Procedures

3.1 To request a cancellation or rescheduling of your entertainment booking, please contact us immediately at rhys@rwjw.co.uk or call [Phone Number]. Include the following information in your request:
– Name and contact details of the person who made the booking
– Booking reference number
– Event date and time

3.2 We will acknowledge your request and confirm the applicable terms, such as refund amount (if applicable) or rescheduling availability and fee (if applicable).

3.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and will be subject to any processing fees or charges from third-party payment processors.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
